There are conveniently located 7 Water Leak + Freeze Detectors throughout the property so we can keep an eye on the temperature and prevent a water issue. 

When the water leak sensor detects water or a significant temperature drop, it emits a series of 85-decibel alarms and sends a notification to our phone. 

The detector is run on 2 x AA Batteries and is connected to WIFI and the Kidde App. 

Our property team receives a notification every 12 hours on detector status and will receive immediate notification if a significant drop in temperature or water is detected. 

Location of detectors: 

There is one detector in the master bathroom between the outside wall and toilet.

There is one detector in the garage by the water heater.

There are five detectors in the crawlspace. 

• W1 – Near Water Service Entry

• W2 – Near Kitchen/Boiler

• W3 – Near Master Bath

• W4 – Near Guest Bath

• W5 – Near Living room
