Welcome to Cherry Pie Holiday!​ 

This website was developed to help you learn about Cherry Pie Holiday.  Cherry Pie Holiday is a remodeled single-family home just five blocks from downtown Fruita, Colorado.​  

When remodeling Cherry Pie Holiday, we tried hard to make more sustainable choices.  Working toward a more sustainable house requires a lot of tough decisions.  These decisions are countless.  For example; we are in the process of upgrading all lights in the house to LED lights.  We also chose to keep the evaporative cooler instead of switching to an air conditioner to reduce emissions and energy usage.  The yard is xeriscape and we have a recycle bin in the kitchen and more recycling storage in the garage.  More to come.....

Being in Fruita is all about getting outside and Cherry Pie Holiday follows that same idea with a covered patio, grill, picnic table, large deck, fire pit, and cornhole.
