Cherry Pie Holiday is a beautifully remodeled single-family home located just five blocks from downtown Fruita, Colorado.

Throughout the remodel, we made a conscious effort to choose more sustainable options. Creating a more eco-friendly home involves many thoughtful decisions, both big and small.

Some of these choices include installing solar panels, upgrading the home to energy-efficient LED lighting, and keeping the evaporative cooler rather than switching to traditional air conditioning to reduce energy use and emissions.
The yard features xeriscaping, and guests will find a recycling bin in the kitchen with additional recycling storage in the garage.
