The use of the Outland Firebowl - outdoor firepit should only be used by adults with respect for safety and your neighbors.

Quiet Hours: Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and outdoor noises should be always kept to a minimum - this includes barking dogs.
START-UP OPERATION Remove the cover. Ensure the Firebowl – Appliance valve is in the OFF position. (The valve is accessed through the side of the brick fire ring). DO NOT REACH BETWEEN THE FIRE RING AND FIREBOWL to access APPLIANCE VALVE. The supply hose should not be twisted or kinked when connected to the propane cylinder. Again. Please do not move the hose or propane cylinder.  Slowly turn the propane cylinder valve to the open position Using the lighter provided, ignite the lighter and hold the flame slightly above the burner, then open the valve on the appliance slowly (counter-clockwise) until the unit ignites.  Once the unit is burning normally set the dial to desired flame height.
EXTINGUISHING – SHUT DOWN OPERATION Always turn the propane cylinder valve to the CLOSED position Allow the Firebowl to cool Turn Firebowl - Appliance Valve to the OFF position by pushing and turning the knob clockwise. Replace the cover once cooled and OFF.  *** The Owner and Safety Manual is also available in the Guest book***
SAFETY Adult guests must use the Fire Pit (Outland Firebowl) Responsibly. The gas supply must be turned off at the propane tank when not in use. Our guests should not connect or disconnect the propane tank. The Outland Firebowl is ready for use. The supply hose runs underground and surfaces a distance from the firepit. We will be adding a container or cover for the propane tank/supply hose soon. Please do not move the supply hose and propane tank around. Avoid any tripping hazards when walking around the firepit. Use light, and watch for the hose and propane tank. Do not place any objects other than supplied rocks inside the burner component of the Firebowl/fire pit. Do not leave it unattended. Do not use in the rain or snow. HOT SURFACES: HIGH SURFACE TEMPERATURES – use caution and stay away to avoid burns or clothing ignition.
